SMHV does not delete snapshots when dataset contains more then 2 volumes

Issue
- SMHV is not removing snapshots per retention
- Backup taking a long time to run
- Successfully enumerating snapshots, but failing with the error seen in the SMHV job report:
An error occurred while deleting snapshot. continuing with rest of the snapshots(if any)
An item with the same key has already been added.Source: mscorlib
