BRTOLS fails to backup with no Errors/Warnings

SnapManager for SAP (SMSAP)

Issue

When running the backint command no snapshot is taken.

After checking the backint log file and the SMSAP server.log this Exceptions appears

[ INFO] SMSAP-07822: Using directory /oracle/SID_NAME/sapbackup for writing the .switch files.
Operation failed. Error: java.lang.NullPointerException
