Issue

7-Mode Transition Tool (7MTT) SnapLock Chain of Custody verification phase fails with error 31010
The GUI will show the following error :

Failed to communicate with 7-Mode storage system '<7m_controllerr_address>'.

7MTT log logs/transition.log will report the following sequence:
