Log File Name Location Description Log Rotation
aegis.log <SC_Install_Dir>\SnapCenterPlugin for VMware\log SCV service log file. The rollover is triggered when the log file size exceeds 8192KB. Rotated logs are retained as aegis.log.<N> files up to 100.
jetty_server.log <SC_Install_Dir>\SnapCenterPlugin for VMware\log SCV Jetty Server log file. Jetty is used as Java servlet container for SCV. In SCV 4.1, the rollover is triggered when the log file size exceeds 8192KB. Rotated logs are retained asjetty_server.log.<N> files up to 50.
In SCV 4.0, the rollover is triggered when the log file size exceeds 1GB. Rotated logs are retained asjetty_server.log.<N> files up to 9.
wrapper.log <SC_Install_Dir>\SnapCenterPlugin for VMware\log SCV wrapper service log file. The rollover is triggered when the log file size exceeds 10MB. Rotated logs are retained as wrapper.log.<N> files up to 10.
