Unable to change the registration account for NetApp Data Broker (NDB) from a local account to a Domain account

Issue

When an attempt is made to change the user account that is utilized to register the NDB OVA with vCenter from a local account (For example: administrator@vsphere.local) to a Domain User account (For example:  DEMO\Administrator or Administrator@demo.com) or from one Domain User account to another Domain User account, the process fails and displays the error "Username should be in "user@domain.local or domain.local\user" format"
