Storage system password updated on SnapCenter GUI is not reflected SMCore

Issue

  • When changing the password for a user used as a storage connection on SnapCenter, it is not reflected SMCore.
  • SnapDriveSALDebug.log shows "Incorrect credentials" error like the following example even after modifying the storage connection.


2019-11-11T22:39:47.1229088-08:00 Critical SAL PID=[11248] TID=[5112] The running command stopped because the preference variable "ErrorActionPreference" or common parameter is set to Stop: Incorrect credentials for svm1.demo.netapp.com.
