Issue

  • Clone and verification is failing while mounting the snapshot with the error message:

"None of the host initiators  20:00:f4:e9:d4:50:86:30 20:00:f4:e9:d4:50:86:31
iqn.1991-05.com.microsoft:host01.xxxxxxx.com are logged into the controller. Resolution: Please make sure the supplied initiators are logged in."

  • Even though host World Wide Port Name (WWPN) is connected with storage controller, SnapCenter fails to see the initiators in Windows 2019 host
