Issue

SnapCenter for SQL Clone Jobs fail with "Can not perform datastore clone, server is busy" in SmCore job logs. This occurs when multiple clone jobs are scheduled near the same time.

SMCore_xxx.log:

Activity (Cloning Resources) of Workflow (SnapMgrCoreService.SmJobActivity), Failed with error: Failed to clone resources, error is Can not perform datastore clone, server is busy
