Issue

SnapCenter Plug-in for Oracle operations will fail after upgrading Java to 1.8.0_242 or higher
On the plug-in host:
- The SnapCenter Plug-in Loader process (spl) will show as running.
- The netstat -an | grep 8145 command shows no process listening on port 8145.
