SnapCenter Creator Plug-in deployment on Windows fails

Issue
When attempting to add a Host with the SnapCenter Plug-in for Windows and one of the Creator Plug-ins from the Automation Store, it fails with:
Failed to push custom plug-in. Reason: An error occurred while sending the request.
Check if the Plugin Service is down or not reachable.
Check if correct java path is set in the path Environment variable.
