Issue

Scheduled jobs in Windows Task Scheduler, created by SnapCenter suddenly fail to launch according to its schedule, while manual job works successfully.

There are no errors in the SC UI or in the job logs, however the following error may be seen in the Task Scheduler's overview:

Last Run Result: The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002)

An Event 203 from TaskScheduler can then be found with:

Task Scheduler failed to launch action "smjoblauncher.exe" in instance "{UUID}" of task "\SnapCenter_<JOBNAME>".
Additional Data: Error Value: 2147942402.

(which is 0x80070002 in hexadecimal)
