SCO cloning fails on snapshot footprint metadata retrieval

SnapCenter Plug-in for Oracle (SCO) 4.6

Issue

Creating an Oracle database clone from a backup using SCO version 4.6, fails with the following error in the SMCore_<JOB>.log:
 
Querying resources <SVM_FQDN>_<VOLUME>_<SNAPSHOT>_<SVM.FQDN>:/vol/<VOLUME>
Can not find <SVM_FQDN>_<VOLUME>_<SNAPSHOT>_<SVM.FQDN>:/vol/<VOLUME> in storagefootprint map
Exception in PerformClone Error in cloning, can not find metadata for snapshot <SVM_FQDN>_<VOLUME>_<SNAPSHOT>
...
ErrorCode (-1), ErrorMessage (Failed to clone resources, error isError in cloning, can not find metadata for snapshot <SVM_FQDN>_<VOLUME>_<SNAPSHOT>)
 
That last message also shows in the cloning job's Details view.
