SCHANA fails to register the success of the HANA backup Snapshot with a SocketTimeoutException

SnapCenter Plug-in for SAP HANA (SCHANA) 4.x on Linux

Issue

The request for the backup goes through to the plug-in, and the plug-in fails to register the success of the backup snapshot due to the following error:

update job status for jobId [9480] on SnapCenter Server: [java.net.SocketTimeoutException: SocketTimeoutException invoking

The time between request and response is usually between 14 and 30 seconds, and the job on the SnapCenter Server still shows as Running (*).
