UTM Retention

Issue

Log backups are not being deleted as specified in the log retention setting of the relevant policy
Log backups are not being removed from the SCEBackupInfo folder
They are being removed as per the Full backup retention setting
The retention settings can be seen if run the PowerShell command Get-SmPolicy -PolicyName <policy_name>
