Issue

SCV Single File Snapshot Restore fails with an error coming from NetApp storage
 
Restore failed with exception: Single File Snapshot Restore Failed:  Failed to perform Single File SnapRestore.
Reason: SIS clone creation is not supported when either the source or destination file is fenced. Failed to perform Single File SnapRestore
