SnapCenter Server 4.x

Issue

A management operation like, for example, removal of a Storage Connection fails with the following error in the GUI:
Failed - The remote name could not be resolved: '<OLD_NAMECENTER_HOSTNAME>'

Due to special maintenance the host names and IP addresses of the SnapCenter Server have been altered. Even after using Update-SmServerCluster to update the system with the new details, attempting to manipulate an SVM like this will fail with that error.
