RDM disks do not show in Snapcenter GUI after moving RDMs from one host to another

Issue

  • After moving RDM disks from one host to another, SC fails to show them on the new host after a Disk Refresh
  • SC shows the original host still has the disks and after a Disk Refresh they disappear
  • Disks are presented and online on the new host
  • Backups are successful with no errors/warnings
  • No errors seen in SC Disk refresh job
  • Clearing cookies/cache from browser or using a different browser fails to show the disks
