SnapCenter Plug-in For VMWare (SCV) 4.3

Issue

SCV is unable to find the SnapMirror destination(s). Error seen in SCV in Job Details:

"ErrorMessage (Unable to find SnapMirror destination(s). Error: No SnapMirror relationships were found. Resolution: Please make sure that secondary storage systems are registered and host can resolve them correctly.)
ErrorMessage (Unable to find SnapMirror destination for the source volume(s) <source_path>' <source_path>"

A manual ONTAP update of the relationship is successful
Forward and reverse DNS lookups resolve successfully to the correct source and destination SVMs
Pings to the source and destination hostnames and IP addresses are successful
