Answer

Yes. The target Aggregate must be added into the 'List of Aggregates Assigned'.

Additional Information

  • Below error pops up if the Aggregate is not contained within 'aggr-list'

Example:

Reason: aggregate <Aggregate_Name> is not in aggr-list of Vserver <Vserver_Name>.

  • Use vserver modify command to assign the Aggregate specified in the error message to the Vserver in question.
