Issue

Cloning a Windows LUN from a backup to a different host fails using SnapCenter GUI fails with the below error in the SnapManagerWeb.log - 


2019-11-22T08:51:08.4389391+01:00 DEBUG SnapManagerWeb_12505 PID=[4348] TID=[76] Failed to query backup info
2019-11-22T08:51:08.4389391+01:00 ERROR SnapManagerWeb_12505 PID=[4348] TID=[76] Failed to create clone request. System.Exception: Failed to get backup information
