Issue

  • The following alert is reported in the event logs:
[Node-01: schmd: hm.alert.raised:alert]: Alert Id = StorageBridgePortDown_Alert , Alerting Resource = 5001XXXXXXXXX884 raised by monitor system-connect
  • ATTO bridge SAS ports are offline and it reports the following errors:
ATTO_2000XXXXXXXXX880(2000XXXXXXXXX880):SAS_PORT_2 is Offline.
ATTO_2000XXXXXXXXX880(2000XXXXXXXXX880):SAS_PORT_3 is Offline.
  • The bridge health is degraded due to this:
