Issue

ConfigAdvisor shows either of the following messages:

  • (Ports: <port number> Active Encryption: Active Compression) connecting FCVI Interconnecthave incorrect Encryption or Compression setting, both these settings must be disabled.
  • (Ports: <port number> Active Encryption: Active Compression) connecting storage initiator(HBA) port has incorrect Encryption or Compression setting both these settings must be disabled
  • Port connecting ATTO Bridge of type <port type> has incorrect Encryption Compression setting.
  • Switch <switch name> port <port number> has incorrect compression setting. Compression enabled.
  • Switch <switch name> and Switch <switch name> ISL ports have different Encryptionconfigurations
