Issue

Fibre Channel Host Adapter offline or flapping.

Can look like the following in EMS logs:
[NODE_NAME: slifc_intrd: fci.link.break:error]: Link break detected on Fibre Channel adapter 2c.
[NODE_NAME: slifc_timeout_3: fci.link.error:error]: Could not recover link on Fibre Channel adapter 2c after 30 seconds. Taking the adapter offline.
[NODE_NAME: nchmd: hm.alert.raised:alert]: Alert Id = StorageFCAdapterFault_Alert , Alerting Resource = 100000109b4e2af2 raised by monitor node-connect
[NODE_NAME: slifc_asyncd_3: fci.adapter.online:info]: Fibre Channel adapter 2c is now online.
