  • The following alert is intermittently raised and cleared:

Health Monitor process nchm: InterconnectAdapterOfflineAlert[500xxxxxxxxxx371]

  • The following errors are also seen in EMS logs:
Sun Feb 27 22:58:56 -0500 [st-netapp-cl1-03: fcvi_cm: fcvi.qlgc.sent.disconnect:notice]: FC-VI adapter: Disconnect request sent on port 5a. QP name = RAID, QP index = 11, Remote node's system id = 12345678.
