Description

SNMPv3 in a MetroCluster configuration requires both a authentication protocol password and privacy protocol password for the user on the remote device.  The user login created within ONTAP must match the password and configuration within Brocade.  Other possible usernames exist but this article uses snmpv3user as the username.
