Issue

When trying to add new partitions to an existing aggregate an error is received
 
Example:
 
ClusterA::*> storage aggregate add-disks -aggregate aggr0 -disklist 1.2.3 -mirror-disklist 2.3.4 -simulate true
Error: command failed: Failed to add disks to aggregate "aggr0".  Reason: Disk "2.3.4" is not a spare disk.
