Adding intercluster LIFs to an existing cluster peer relationship with the command cluster peer create fails with error

Example:

Error: command failed: Using peer-address 192.168.0.10: This command might be used to configure cluster peer relationships using only intercluster LIFs in IPspace "ipspace01", not IPspace "ipspace02", in the remote cluster.
