Issue

The ATTO FibreBridge does not power up anymore. No fault or Power LED lights up.

An entry similar to the following is displayed in the EMS:
FC-to-SAS bridge switch1:11.126L0 [ATTO FibreBridge6500N 1.63] S/N [FB6500Nxxxxxx] was removed.
