Description

  • iPerf is an open-source network bandwidth measurement tool that can be useful in troubleshooting a front-end performance issue
  • It is intended to be used to measure end-to-end network throughput
  • An interface cannot be specified and the path dictated by the main routing table will be used
    • This is the routing table used by the primary, aux VIF interfaces
    • If the AVA is configured to use an interface other than primary, a static route should be used to route the iPerf connection out of the desired interface
