Issue

When attempting to log into OnCommand Unified Manager with the maintenance user and the known good password, this message is presented:

Error
Authentication Failed. Please verify Username and Password.
OnCommand Unified Manager
When attempting to use the Forgot Password? function to reset the password, this message appears: Unable to send email due to the following reason: Hibernate operation: Cannot
open connection; uncategorized SQLException for SQL [???]; SQL state [null]; error
code [0]; Unable to acquire a new connection from the pool. Verify the
Email settings under Administration.
