Why does OnCommand Insight show an array name instead of an IP under IP for EMC Symmetrix arrays?

Answer
- EMC Solutions Enabler does not return IP information for arrays when queried by external products
- The IP field is standard in the OCI user interface, so we populate this with the closest thing that is returned, the Symmetrix array ID
- This is expected behavior
