NetApp software applications hosted on Windows Operating system.

Answer

It is possible for NetApp software to be online and serving data, but not accessible from a remote system's Web browser.

Best practice is to RDP directly to the Windows Host operating system, as the most reliable method of testing server software, when web access is not possible from a remote system.

  • If you are not able to log into the Windows host via remote desktop, please contact your Windows administrator.
