Issue

  • OnCommand System Manager might present:
    Connection has been shutdown: javax.net.ssl.SSLException:java.net.SocketException: Software caused connection abort: recv failed
  • This failure has been seen after an ONTAP upgrade to 9.5P11.
  • OnCommand System Manager might present '500 Connection refused'.
  • OnCommand System Manager might present '500 Connection has been shutdown: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset'.
  • OnCommand Unified Manager might report 'Cluster Not Reachable'.
  • OnCommand Performance Manager is also likely to be impacted by this.
  • HTTP connections to a node where the management LIF resides fail.
