Unified Manager 7.3 upgrades to 9.4 or newer

Issue

When performing an upgrade from Unified Manager 7.3 to 9.4 or newer the upgrade fails to complete and the .war and .ear files in the deployment folder fail to start. This can result in receiving a 404 error when attempting to load the webpage.
