An upgrade of OnCommand Insight Data Warehouse (OCI DWH) from 7.3.4 to 7.3.9

Issue

  • The Cognos service does not start after restoring the OCI DWH database backup on the 7.3.9 instance
  • The Cognos service will be in starting state for approximately 10 minutes. After this, the service is again in a stopped state
