SMI-S Provider cannot be added as provider in SCVMM after deactivation of TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 on the clusters

Issue

After disabling TLS1.0 and TLS1.1 on the clusters, the SMI-S provider cannot be added anymore to SCVMM:

Could not retreive a certificate from the <SMI-S IP> server because of the error. The underlaying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send. 

Specify a valid server name and post.
