Issue

When viewing the Volumes page in OnCommand System Manager, a banner that an aggregate is offline or restricted is displayed. When viewing the aggregate from the Aggregates page in OnCommand System Manager, the aggregate shows as online.

Banner message in the Volumes page:
"Some of the aggregates are in the Offline or Restricted state and the volumes in these aggregates are not displayed".
