Issue

OnCommand Performance Manager (OPM) reports Max Data Disk Utilization and/or Node Utilization of HA Pair when data is not being accessed on the aggregate information within the Support Bundle. 

You may see the following alert:
[system] [opmTaskExecutor-5] [c.n.i.a.tcianalysis.TCIAnalysis] System-defined threshold based on policy TCI_AGGREGATE_MAX_DATA_DISK_UTILIZATION_POLICY for objectType=8330 with objectId=8330 on cluster=1 has exceeded a WARNING level at time Wed Nov 04 01:44:41 EST 2015. Statistics: [StatType=MAX_DATA_DISK_UTILIZATION_PERCENT, Current value=99.90196, Threshold value=95.0]
