OnCommand Insight EMC ECS data collection fails with keycache error

Issue

  • The following error will be present in the OCI WebUI:

Internal error: cannot update server

  •  In the log_sample.log the following error will be listed:
2020-05-07 17:12:04,123 ERROR [com.onaro.sanscreen.acquisition.framework.datasource.BaseDataSource] <ds_name> [Internal error] - Cannot update server (Failed to update server with the xml, originator 1163: Error when process from originId:1163 originName:<ds_name>) ([Device name ]: Cannot update server (Failed to update server with the xml, originator 1163: Error when process from originId:1163 originName:<ds_name>))
