Unified Manager is unable to collect performance data, when archiver files are not generated at the same time

Issue

Cluster Not Reachable events are sent for cluster that were succeeding previously.

None of the other solutions apply that are provided in KB:  Alert from Unified Manager: Cluster Not Reachable

Within the au.log, errors similar to the following message are seen.

2016-11-08 00:08:08,707 ERROR [pool-3-thread-226] c.o.s.a.f.d.BaseDataSource (DataSourceErrorException.java:230) - xx.xx.xx.xx [Error retrieving data] - Performance sample failed to send any data to server on 108 consecutive updates. (Performance sample failed to send any data to server on 108 consecutive updates.) com.onaro.sanscreen.acquisition.framework.datasource.DataSourceErrorException: Performance sample failed to send any data to server on 108 consecutive updates.
