OnCommand Insight Datasource fails with error of Internal Error or NullPointerException

Issue

A data source fails to communicate with OnCommand Insight.

Within the error report of the data source we have a sample_log and here it shows :

ERROR [com.onaro.sanscreen.acquisition.framework.datasource.BaseDataSource] Datasource[Internal error] - Error (Error)
com.onaro.sanscreen.acquisition.framework.datasource.DataSourceErrorException: Error
