Applies to

  • ActiveIQ Unified Manager 9.6 (and above).
  • OnCommand Unified Manager 9.5 (and below)

Issue

  • The Volume Full volume utilization event is not generated when volume utilization is above the Volume Full Threshold
  • User receives Volume Full events intermittently in OCUM (OnCommand Unified Manager)
  • Note that it is possible that it does not trigger an alert if volume auto size is enabled, depending on the configuration. Verify the volume space utilization through cluster CLI and confirm that utilization is above Volume Full Threshold
  • It affects Volume Nearly Full Threshold too
  • The Volume Nearly Full volume utilization event is not generated when volume utilization is above the Volume Nearly Full Threshold
