NetApp SMI-S Provider to ONTAP commands fail with "insufficient privileges" error

• NetApp SMI-S Provider 5.2.3 and later versions.
• ONTAP 9

Issue

• API calls from NetApp SMI-S provider against an SVM in ONTAP, are failing.
• Errors like bellow can be found in cimserver.trc log:

For the above error, snapmirror-get-destination-iter API is failing.
