Description

With the expiration of the certificate included in the install package for Oncommand Insight server on Sat Sep 21 16:01:23 EDT 2019 all installations fail as the oci.war deployment file fails.

The error below will be seen while performing an initial installation of Oncommand Insight  version 7.3.7 or earlier:

There is a problem with this Windows Installer package.A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected.Contact your support personnel or package vendor.
