Create Support Report
- CSR is a feature in OnCommand Insight and Cloud Insight Service.
- It is used to collect files required for troubleshooting Issues.
- The OCI bundle includes server logs and acquisition recordings for the device in question.
- The CIS bundle includes just Acquisition device logs specific to the device with the issue.
