Issue

  • The error HTTP 401 - Unauthorized appears when you try to login to System Manager
  • When using SAML to log into System Manager, the following error is seen:
    SAML Service Provider
    Authorization Failed
    Based on the information provided to this application about you, you are not authorized to access the resource at "/sysmgr/v4/"
  • An error appears in the MGWD.log. See the KB How to collect System Manager logs from ONTAP
