OnCommand Insight backup restore fails with "Internal Error"

Note: This error can manifest in other versions of Oncommand Insight.

Issue

  • When restoring a backup file close to or larger than 12GB the restore fails with "Internal Error".
  • The following error message is observed in the wildfly.log:
    • Windows Location: \SANscreen\wildfly\standalone\log
    • Linux Location: /opt/netapp/oci/logs/wildfly
