Issue

In the OnCommand Insight under Admin > Health you will see the message Performance Archiver Failed

The following messages are reported in the archiver.log:

2019-04-12 05:38:20,161 ERROR [EJB default - 9] PerformanceArchiverJob (PerformanceArchiverJob.java:66) - Failed archiving performance, error:Performance archive process failed. Error: For input string: ""; nested exception is:  java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "" 

2019-04-12 05:38:20,130 WARN [EJB default - 3] PerformanceArchiverBean (PerformanceArchiverBean.java:446) - Archive file not found or not accessible. Bypassing loading of archive: F:\OCI_Performance_Archive\<OCI_SITE>\oci-performance-archive-0029-05-15.zip
