Issue

  • When performing "Add action" on an existing task within the Planning module of the OnCommand Insight Java client, choosing an action "Type" related to switches and expanding the switches tree incorrectly displays an empty list.
  • Review of the sanscreen-client.log (found in the user's home directory) reveals an error similar to the following.
Caused by: com.netapp.oci.platform.common.interfaces.data.ExceptionSurrogate: [com.onaro.sanscreen.server.inventory.InventoryException] Failed to find device using objId: 23785756
