OnCommand Insight Data Warehouse (DWH) 7.3.2

Issue

The DWH server needs to be rebooted frequently so that the maintenance and optimize tasks can complete and so ETL can run in the time expected. When this issue is seen, the maintenance have been running for more than a day, or have failed.
